What is BimSens?

BimSens is a generic Database tool allowing interactions with various DataSources directly in 3D viewers

• It enables the association of 3D objects to meta data from Microsoft SQL Server, Primavera P6 Web Services, Microsoft Excel and other bespoke DataSources.
• Multiple users can concurrently visualise, filter, edit and colour code the 3D model based on centralised data, in real time.
• BimSens also provides data exchange functionality between the DataSources and the 3D viewers, for instance using Navisworks Timeliner to report progress against the planning or quantities take off from the model.

These interactions are defined by setting up Data connections.
